Owner and Licensed Cosmetologist
As a child, my grandmother gifted me a caboodle filled with all things pertaining to beauty; nail polishes, press on nails, makeup, you name it. That was my introduction to the beauty world. I was given the freedom to experiment at a very young age which kick started my passion for cosmetology.
I received my cosmetology license in 2011 from my home state Michigan and then ventured to Florida in 2012. Not long after relocating my first businesses, Shaped and Polished A Nail Studio was born. With a great tribe of women around me and an amazing customer base Shaped and polished has now transitioned to Barbies Beauty Room and is serving customers with more than just fabulous nail care. As my businesses continue to grow, so does my passion for not only the art but the people I service.
My mission is to provide high quality services and products to the community while also providing educational services on how to achieve and maintain healthy hair, skin, and nails.
